CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice Metrotown

Their passionfruit tea with brown sugar pearls is my favourite item. The taste is quite okay, but I believe they can improve the service level though.

Had a great experience at coco today!! The guy at the cash register with glasses was extremely helpful when it came to suggesting a drink. While I was indecisive about what I wanted, he patiently lead me through the drink options and helped suggest something I really enjoyed. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable! Great service and loved the drink! Parking: Usual mall parking as it tends to be busier around weekends!

Friday march 8 ~ 7pm the store is busy but all staff are amazing, fast and efficient, especially the cashier who is very patient explaining to customers even when busy, always smiling and thanking customers. Please give her a raise! I’ve always been a customer of this store and I’ve never received any bad service here.

Best service with smile and fast. High quality fresh tea. Best green tea that goes well with most of their drinks. Too crowded after school and on the weekend with annoying kids.

Good bubble tea and friendly staff. The store was very clean and tidy.

December 7, 2023 at 12:13pm visit. I ordered the 3 Guys bbt, and it tasted good. The 2 female servers were friendly and helpful. Koodos to them. The store was clean and organized.
