Waited 15 min for a bowl of Bun Rieu when it was not even peak hour (restaurant was half empty). Would have been fine if the food was incredible, but portions were very small for the price and taste very mediocre. The dish came with 2 crab balls, 2 pork ribs which were frankly more rib than pork, and 1 small prawn. Even the noodle quantity was small- and I’m not even a big eater. Left feeling very dissatisfied. Heads up too- the order sticker on the table states that you can’t cancel once you order, so make sure you can wait.

I used to love this place so much, but got so pissed off after the last 5 chances I gave them. Used to love the traditional banh Mi, but then they started to close early at 7pm on slow days. With no indication on their website or Google of this update. Many times I went and they were closing up. Their ordering link is a joke. I placed my order online, 15min later they came up to tell me sorry item sold out. Another time I waited more than 30min for a banh mi when the place wasn't even full. Just from bad to worse. Honestly felt they didn't care about the business or making money, so no point to go there. Customer service isn't great either. So disappointing.

The food is just medium very expensive

Sorry, Bud, but this process of paying before being served is only good for a take out burger joint. This leads to no service. No, never again for me. Feels like the boss doesn't trust the clients, or may be the employees. Food was OK but not served in a traditional fashion. And what's with the outfits.

I’ve been coming here for years, and I really love the beef pho and banh xeo here. However, after the bad experience I’ve had the last 3 visits, I decided to leave a review. Hopefully the management can look into it, because I do really want to continue eating here. The past 3 visits over the last 3 months, I noticed that the wait for the food is extremely long. Today’s visit took the straw. I placed my orders at 12.20pm - and my banh xeo only arrived at 12.55pm while the chicken pho only arrived at 1.10pm. I find it rather surprising that you would take 50 minutes to prepare chicken pho. Hope you can look into this as I realised I’m not the only one here complaining about the slow arrival of the food. All that said, I must thank the service staff (very patient male servers) for trying their best to help chase for our food. I think the cooking process in the kitchen needs looking into, for all your loyal customers’ sakes.

My first terrible experience with pho Waiting almost 50 mins only for two pho Meanwhile we are too hungry to order one baguette. After 10mins I find my baguette on the kitchen counter with no one to deliver The outside desk smells not good as well Finally service charged 5%. Great deal!

Food was great, I loved their bun cha, highly highly recommend. Although would not recommend fresh spring rolls, tasted quite bland to me.

Lovely Vietnamese restaurant with on-point decoration of central Vietnam style. They have 2 sections that serve lunch and dinner separately, and even have an outdoor setting for a cool evening. Generally they serve modern styled Vietnamese dishes from all 3 regions of the country. Probably the chef works at a hotel or resort before, which explains the fancy presentation and bite-size portions. They kinda alleviate Vietnamese street food into 5 stars hotel standard, but at an affordable rate. Generally a perfect place to introduce your non-Vietnamese friends to Vietnamese cuisine.

webで予約したかが、予約確認の時刻が間違っていて、訂正の返信をしたが音沙汰なし。店に行ったけど、問題なく入れた。ちゃんと予約の客か確認しているか疑問。料理は美味しかった。かなり混んでいて、店員の対応は遅い。注文したビールの催促が必要だった。
