Great food and customer service ! Definitely will be back! The music is a plus!

I’ve had a great amount of fried chicken spots, unfortunately this one is not at the top. I was disappointed in how bland the chicken is. Pricy on top of that. Service was whatever. I would not go back. It just didn’t WOW me the way Michindak or Red Chicks does!!

Food was good

I ordered a six piece chicken wing combo with cold slaw and it was horrible. I kept wondering if the chicken was fresh or if it had been precooked because it was cut wrong with part of the breast meat exposed and it was hard. It was not fresh . I ordered the hot and it was not hot. Ended putting Frank's Hot Sauce on the chicken and Ranch dressing in the cold slaw. I will never go back bc the quality and freshness is in question. Not a good experience and I hope I do not get sick that's how bad it was. I get it. I was stupid to continue eating something that I was having serious problems about but I had been there bf and was trying to like it but I couldn't.

This is probably one of my favorite restaurants of all time. So good that I have eaten here well over 100 times in the span of a couple years. Their chicken is so tender and juicy, their buns are warm and delicious, their slaw is flavorful and not overpowering, and their sauce is absolutely to die for. Since I discovered Cluckin Bun I have yet to find another restaurant with sauce as good as theirs. I've tried every heat level for the sauce and the medium is definitely my favorite balance of flavor and heat, but hot is really good too if you like spiciness. Don't even get me started on the mac & cheese. They have quite possibly one of the most creamy and rich mac & cheeses I've had the pleasure of eating - and the hot cheeto flakes on top really drive it home. Their fries are heavily seasoned and super good, and they pair especially well with a side of ranch. If you order delivery do be warned that the fries will probably be a little soggy, but that's the price you pay for getting delivery and it's nothing a little air frying/oven can't fix! A great find by my daughter and me. We were searching for something local, delicious, and fast, and this checked all of those boxes. The chicken was so incredibly tasty, the fries were awesome and the “cluckin bun” was a unique, delicious experience. Will definitely revisit!! This was the Palm Springs location, not Inglewood.

Great food and good service. Quick enough for a lunch break.
