The new Cloud 9 management and establishment is amazing! Nice decor and vibe. The customer service is amazing! I highly recommend this place. I have been to a few hookah spots in San Antonio and this is the best one!!! They do offer water and other drinks but it is a BYOB establishment. They also offer a military discount!

Really good energy here, came through with some friends and we were very pleased with the quality and even more with the pricing! Highly recommend!
