Had prime rib, the temperature was barely warm, I asked for rare, it was more medium. I have had better.

We had two events there now, and both were awesome. I haven't been to just cloud 9, so my review is only from the event perspective. Service was great, the food was delicious. The prime rib just melts in your mouth. Drinks were spot on. Overall the event was done very well.
