Clean juice

I FEEL TOTALY RIPPED OFF! I recently visited Clean Juice with my son, eager to try their smoothies after seeing their appealing menu. After spending $36 on two smoothies and a hummus bowl, we faced a lengthy 25-minute wait. To my dismay, both smoothies not only tasted watered down but also lacked the right proportions of ingredients, resulting in a smoothie that was unpalatable. The hummus bowl was not only missing ingredients, it had only about half a spoonful of hummus. When I voiced my concerns, the manager insinuated repeatedly that I was unfamiliar with 'clean juice' offerings, which was both incorrect and unhelpful. Not only do I regularly make my own clean juice and smoothies, which taste a 1000x better than theirs, I also frequent many local clean juice places and this was the first time I was truly unsatisfied. Maybe I got the new girl who couldn't make a smoothie or maybe they were so overwhelmed with the 3 orders they had ‍♀️ Whatever the case, it was the manager's lack of hospitality and willingness to resolve my issue that I am leaving this review. I left the smoothies on the counter and left, feeling totally ripped off. I hope they can improve their customer service and product quality.

I ordered on the app. Super easy. Pickup was a breeze, and the staff was nice and helpful. My son got a bowl, and he loved it. I got the cherry chocolate smoothie, and it was so good. Also, the store was very clean.

It’s always a pleasure enjoying not only a tasty treat but knowing it’s nutritious as well.

Always the most delicious and fresh smoothies and juices here! Staff always professional & attentive and love the fact it’s Christian based and you can leave prayer requests there! Definitely a solid company who shares the word of Christ! Keep up the great work! Our go to place always for the best quality smoothies around!

Severly slow service, asked for a refund and they didn't know how to issue it. Waited over 30 minutes with order and saw them service people who ordered AFTER us. They said instead of a refund they can give me a paper for credit. I don't live nearby, so that would not make sense. They have a major time management issue or are in dire need of better customer service. I hope they can use this review as a mean of improving service to ALL customers, not just a couple...

Everything I have tried has been wonderful. I feel like the smoothies are great and the juices are so fresh. I love the add in options available. Staff is friendly and service has always been good.
