My daughter who is 7 has Type 1 diabetes .... we ordered a keto birthday cake and they did an amazing job... the birthday cake was beautiful !!!!! and you could never tell it was keto all of her friends wasn't told it was a keto cake and they all devoured their slice ... and the plus side my daughter had a big slice with controllable glucose levels..... their muffins and cookies are the amazing too .... worth trying especially if your diabetic and or wanting a healthier option for baked goods.... thank you .... it is very hard for a child to have t1d and finding baked good items that she can have without having devastating glucose levels but you mastered it .... Dietary restrictions: Type 1 diabetes

I am so thankful to have found Claudia’s Heavenly Flans and Cakes! I planned my daughter’s bridal shower with a succulent theme. I sent Claudia a photo of design ideas for the cupcakes I was hoping for and she delivered in a big way! The cupcakes were absolutely beautiful and tasted amazing! Best frosting ever ☺️Everyone complimented on how good they were. Thank you Claudia- several of my guests said that if they need some customized cupcakes, they were definitely going to call you. I've had nothing but excellent experiences here and the owner (Claudia) is VERY service oriented! We've had the Keto-type Caramel Flan and bread and loved them!! Perfect for home and for bringing to parties/special occasions!!

She is very sweet! I’ve been ordering flans here for my husband and father in laws birthdays for the last several years since my mother in law had a stroke and she is no longer able to make them for them. I was happy to find a great alternative! Highly recommend this place!!!!
