Was not a good experience. Website indicated there was a minimum charge of $250. That was not the case. They charge $250 for the dome and everything else is charged on top of that initial fee. Some of the wicker seating in the dome did not have cushions and we were served wine in plastic cups. My red wine was served cold like it came out of the fridge. No menu to look at. Would not go again.
Be careful with your booking during winter. They represent a 250 USD minimum spend to reserve an igloo but it is actually a base charge
Poor service and food, not worth how expensive it is even though the outdoor dome space is nice and on Rockefeller plaza. Drinks were in paper cups, the chips and crackers were served in boxes. And they didn’t have a menu (digital or paper) so no one could know the prices for their items. We were not informed when we walked in about a $250 minimum charge for coming which is important information to mention when you walk into any establishment. The ambiance of the outdoor dome was very nice, but the service and presentation of food/drinks and sneakiness around how much you’re paying for this more than ruined the experience.
The new owner is a crook. Similar to other recent reviews, please beware. All confirmations state a $250 minimum spend with a link to a menu that didn’t work. The $250 was not a minimum as disclosed but we were charged $250 in addition to food and beverage. We reached out to management with no response. Only food options were hummus and a meat and cheese basket to feed 6. This was a bad experience.
We had a wine here. The ambiente is very cool and cosy, the service is good too but the prices are a little high. Also the wine came in plastic cups.
Cool place, great service and nice wine. Great spot to enjoy a wine in a nice atmosphere
