Had an order delievered with only half the items i asked for. They did not contact me to inform me that they couldnt fill the entire order. With any other resturants I always got a call before delivering the order with an offer of additional items to make up for the ones they didn't have, or a chance to cancel the order. These guy didn't even bother to call and let me know. They just had the pizza delivered without warning. Had I known I wouldn't recieve the full order I would have definitely cancelled. When I called them they blatantly said "we have no wings contact skip for your refund". No sorry or anything. Terrible service. "Hey Conor, we had no number to call you on Skip the dishes" This is a lie. As I stated you are the only company that has not contacted me before sending an order when items are going to be missing. So my number is definitely attached to my account. "We also selected out of stock, for which you would get the notification" Another lie. There was nothing on the app or sent to be showing wings were out of stock. I'm not an idiot. I wouldn't attempt to order something that says out or stock. Good try though. Instead of making excuses for your mistakes try taking accountability. This response is just childish.
