Valentine Night 2024, Told the kitchen couldn’t cook food ?! Only steamed fish or raw. I was told this by the parking attendant. When we went up to the desk to check in a very uninterested woman took our name and said it would be a few minutes. Didn’t direct us to the bar or a sitting area. We just stood near the desk. Taken to the table finally a waiter becomes over and says “did they tell you we can’t cook food tonight?’ We ordered; the food came out very slow even though many people decided not to stay. Finally it arrived, the oysters were tiny and tasted “funny”. The steamed lobster was okay by my entree was cold and the presentation was sloppy. The waiter came by later and I told him the food was not to my liking. He kind of knew and said he’d talk to the manager. The waiter said they would take my entree off the menu. We have been here a number of times but it seems the place is run by uninterested management. It’s way past its peak.
Had a reservation on Valentine’s Day and they had a gas leak so they couldn’t cook food. They didn’t even call to let us know. Just let us show up and waste the entire night. Ridiculous.
When we got there we were not aware that the gas was turned off and we limited to approximately 6 things on their menu.
My dish was so delicious , amazing flavor, i do not remember the name the my dish but was the best seafood I ever ate , and we eat a lot srafood around the world We waited a long time for them to give us the menu, but it was worth the wait.
Had a birthday celebration there. Absolutely fantastic experience. Our waitress was great, the food was delicious. Smoked fish dip and flounder with capers and croutons were my favorite. Complimentary valet parking is also great. Highly recommend. Make a reservation in advance.
We sat on the porch outside. We were early and service was great. Meals huge and delicious..
