First time here. Fast, friendly service, good coffee, good pastries. What's not to like!

VERY unfriendly/judgemental staff despite the “diversity” in people working there. Dont expect a hi how are you today…I’ve been going here for over 10 years. The english muffins, breakfast sandwiches, and tea are great. The masking 3 years after pandemic is not only unsanitary but also concerning. Management & service has gone downhill over the last decade.

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese. This is how much cream cheese they gave me. Pretty disappointing. Service is also incredibly slow!! Edited: went back a week later for a bagel and the employee skimped on the cream cheese again. Not acceptable. Please train your employees better.

The last place in America that requires a mask. It’s a little silly at This point. I just keep driving and go somewhere else because who has a mask anymore.
