City Donuts

Worst customer service no greeting no eye contact. I was on line over 15 minutes and she was on the phone.No greeting no questions asked to help so I left without getting donuts. I feel like I was there unwanted very disappointed so went other donut shops great customer service they got my business ..the cashier girl or I don’t know maybe she’s partner. Was rude

Great donut place, but not for people with nut allergies. So many mixed trays of donuts with nuts together with non-nut dressed donuts. Also when packing the guy took them from their original tray and placed them on the first available empty tray in the case before boxing - this tray could have easily had contained a nut donut before. That said the staff was incredible and the donuts are delicious.

The best and most consistent donut shop in Aurora! They actually stay open till 11 pm (as advertised), and the donuts never disappoint..

Customer service was prompt and that they a good selection. However, the donuts were not filled all the way. I got halfway into my jelly donut and still no filling. Same with the long John. Nothing special about the donuts here. I’ve definitely had better!

Donuts are nice. Interior could use some cleaning & updating.

Bought two chocolate eclairs and only had 1/3 filling on both. They need to change the name from chocolate eclairs to elongated chocolate covered donut.

Amazing service and donuts. It's best when it is not too sweet and the dough is doughy. A lot different than other donut spots which is nice. And a lot different than regular donuts from King Soopers which are much better than Walmart and Safeway donuts. Always tip at these places to help them grow their business!!!

Bought six apple fritters. They were kind of dark, but the middles were doughy. They flunk cooking 101 - you can't cook things faster by turning up the heat.
