Good BBQ... City Barbeque is always good. The store has a southern BBQ joint feel and atmosphere. Being a counter service restaurant limits your exposure to the service. The only issue is if you get there late, they are out of about everything. What they had left made a delicious pulled pork and sausage sandwich with baked beans. It is worthy of stopping by.
We've been eating here since it opened. The baked beans are phenomenal and I always wish I'd gotten more. Brisket is solid, the pork is fantastic. You really can't go wrong with any of their sides save for the gumbo they used to have on the menu. Not shocked they don't do that one anymore. The hot sauce is perfect and is another item I never get enough of. Try the sweet tea if you dine in. The staff are always friendly and when we do pickup or doordash they always set us up with plenty of plates and plasticware.
Really good food. Especially their pulled pork
Love ordering from here its so easy and fast service is always perfect food is amazing
Spacious restaurant, extremely well kept, clean, and nice. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. First time visiting, and I enjoyed the options on the menu. We had pulled pork, a half a rack of ribs, corn bread, garlic bread, green beans, and macaroni and cheese for $44. I felt that was more than reasonable. Food was good, cornbread exceptional, though I tend to enjoy my ribs a little more tender. Lots of BBQ Sauces to choose from. Nice experience and will visit again.
Best barbecue east of the Mississippi
Ribs still barely had barely any meat on them, very disappointed. This time they were super dried out too, waste of money. Unfortunately will be our last time eating here. Texas Roadhouse is right across the street for next time
