Terrible service. We ordered through Uber Eats, when we received our order we were missing half of it. We called the restaurant and they refused to provide the rest of it because they were too close to closing. Thankfully our delivery driver helped us with getting some money back from Uber, and let us know City BBQ was telling their other customers they were out of several sides, but they didnt seem to think they should tell our delivery driver we would be missing ours or offer substitutes. Would not give them a second chance, they seem absolutely fine with shorting their customers food and offering no resolution. By the other reviews, this seems like a very common issue.
