Citrine Café

Citrine is an exquisite cuisine. Stooped in for dinner with family last night and had the best Manhattan a guy could ever hope for. I had the salmon with baklava for dessert. The salmon was a hit with our group. I wish we had taken more photos to share. This one is a must!

I’ve eaten here many times before and not sure if they were having an off day but the food was sub par. The calamari was chewy and my chicken was dry and very salty. However The hummus was pretty good.

An Amazing establishment!

Food ordered : biscuits and gravy with a side of beignets , black coffee. 1st the pros: Atmosphere was on point , this is definitely a nice date spot. The beignets also were probably the best I ever had so kudos to the server for recommending them , the caramel sauce was , The coffee was ok, I'm a bit of a coffee snob so I'm sure most people will enjoy the coffee. The cons : The biscuits and gravy was not that good , it was a solid 5 out of 10. The gravy tasted like it was made with cream of mushroom. I personally prefer a southern style gravy made with milk or half&half , the biscuits were solid with good texture and the sausage was good however there was hardly any sausage which is why I rated this spot 3 stars. Service: The service was average , very friendly just wish I could have gotten my coffee filled more. Overall they specialize in Mediterranean food so I'm sure that's where they shine I could see myself possibly coming back in the future to try the dinner menu. Parking: Free parking on Sundays and cheap paid parking every day that's not sunday.

Do not hesitate. The food was delicious. We ordered burgers with fries (yummy fries) and a fire roasted Half-Amish chicken. Really good taste, moist and very good for the stomach (not heavy, no acid reflux). Desserts: we tried lemon cheesecake and carrot cake. We liked them both but OMG the carrot cake was sooo good. Customer service on point. Matt/Mathew was great. We will go back.

Nice place with good, interesting food. We were there for brunch. Try the beignets, you won't be sorry.
