I was so cold in there I couldn’t take off my coat. They only had 2 people working so service was extremely slow. And they weren’t very good servers Took over an hour to get out food and it was not busy We ended up leaving it took so long

This place was awful!!! We waited 1.5 hrs just to receive our food! The Manager Nick was our sever he was rude, arrogant And most of all not customer friendly!! Food cam out steak was cold! We ask for the check its was completely wrong he didn’t even want to correct it! I will never step foot back into that establishment. Then I left my number for the owner to call me never did!! I don’t even see how this place is still in business!!

Valentine's Day. Restaurant busy. Live music. Excellent home-cooked food made to order. Waitress Jo, excellent and Nick. The atmosphere is a lovely restaurant. This is a restaurant you go for top quality food, atmosphere and relaxation This is not a pasta,pizza or Italian chain. Fine dining. The live entertainment with comedians from Boston and Vegas is great. Highly recommend ! Parking: No issues Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room. Ladies bathroom with handicapped area. Plenty of parking in front, side and private lot.

The food was great, when we got it. Our first clue should have been "cash only" and "20% automatic gratuity". The service was absolutely atrocious. There is absolutely no reason to wait an hour for drinks and apps - even less reason for the server to wait until our apps are on the table to let us know that what we ordered for food was not available. Complete fail when our friend changed her order, and all the other entrees were served and they got her dish completely wrong. Then we watched them turn around and serve THAT incorrect dish to the next table BEFORE they had even received their appetizers!! We know they tried really hard to make us happy, by serving free dessert and champagne - but they completely read the table wrong. We had a friend who was obviously not drinking, and at that time we were very late for our concert so we really didn't want dessert. Plus the bartender brought a drink saying "on the house" when it ended up on our bill and they wouldn't take it off. Overall, a dinner out took 3 hours, and should never have when there was barely anyone else in the restaurant. They definitely wouldn't have gotten the 20% tip that was automatically added. We truly should have gotten up and left.

Outstanding food

Came here 10pm after a Thunderbirds game, everywhere else was closed. We were warmly welcomed at the door, so glad we did! Food was delicious, came out quickly, owner was very friendly and came to chat with us. Like it's 1960.

So many bad reviews, I wouldn't take a chance on this place. The "Cash Only" policy is a big time credibility diminishing factor. What else is being hidden..... in your food?

Great new years eve experience. Super service and food and great fun time. We will be back!
