Unprofessional staff. They will lie to you about the services they offer just so they don’t have to do the work or just don’t know how. I get better service at a rundown 7eleven.

Closed til 5 haha employees outback smoking a cigarette with the emergency exit door wide open (potential robbery) with a "do the right thing shirt on," calling me a 6 year old because he can't enjoy his cigarette. I'm having a though time in life. I asked if he could make me a fountain drink because I'm super thirsty car broke down for hours. Said state law requires 1 man locks door . Lol not true. Bp circle k I go to in st cloud always has one man with a UNITES STATES MARINES COVER ON EITHER HES GOT BALL BIGGER THAN RUPAULS OR THIS GUYS GOT NONE! THANKS FOR QUENCHING MY THIRTS AND AGAIN MY MY NIGHT

Average intelligence/ well trained customer service would not put a customer's change on the counter. History has shown this to be a racial insult. Even during a pandemic, change can be dropped in the customer's hand(s) or wrapped with their receipt.
