Very delicious, was very full after my visit! Love the hummus and pita!!

Cira is a great spot! We had brunch there and loved it! The food was amazing, we had the Mezze Platter to begin and especially loved the muhamarra and honey yogurt. I then had the smoked salmon roast and my partner had the shaksula, both were delicious. Service was great and the space is roomy and sunny.

On Saturday night March 10th I had a really disappointing encounter at The Hoxton. I had been waiting at the bar for about 10 minutes during last call, patiently to place my order. However, the manager, Lexa, not only turned me away but also proceeded to take orders from others. It was saddening to me not only because she embarrassed me by calling me out loudly in front of other guests. But more importantly because the Hoxton is my #1 choice for a weekend out. Why is that normally ? The service and hospitality makes or made me feel at home. On top of that, Lexa's attitude was downright rude. When I expressed my disappointment, she dismissively said, 'Sorry, I can't take everybody's order.' It's important for establishments to provide not only efficient service but also fair/equal respectful and friendly interactions.The lack of respect for loyal customers like myself is truly disappointing. I hope The Hoxton takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue.

Latest Visit: 3/2/2024 Went for dinner and dessert on Saturday night, but I was not disappointed. It looks like the management is at the helm of it, making sure the staff is trained properly. Desserts are my favorite here. Visit: 6/4/2023 Went there for some dessert after dinner, good experience again. There was something that didn't go well, so I contacted the manager the next day, he called me back and took the constructive feedback in a positive way and also offered some discount for my next visit. Excellent food, great customer service, and pleasant ambiance.

Delicious food, quality service, and cozy atmosphere!

The restaurant is in a hotel, with many of the tables essentially in the hotel lobby. I would recommend asking you sit in the restaurant itself for better service, as I sat towards the lobby and the server, while very nice, was not very present. It was hard to get plates taken away. Now for the good - the food is amazing! The brown butter hummus with buttered pita, pistachio ravioli, falafel, and goat cheese stuffed dates were the standouts. Everything was flavored to perfection. The drinks were great as well (Levante, Chai Chai Slide). The dessert we got was some kid of chocolate hazelnut cookie with honeycomb and ice cream on top, and it was phenomenal. It was definitely one of our more memorable meals in the city.

Pistachio ravioli may be the best single dish I’ve ever had. This visit I wasn’t able to get it as it was the weekend brunch menu. However, the burger was great, fries were stellar, and Bloody Mary was flavorful!
