CIR Lounge

This was my 2nd time here. First time was for drinks and dessert which I loved so I decided to come back for a birthday dinner. We had no problems getting a table for 5 on a Saturday at 7pm. We were seated in the back room. The atmosphere was very Vegas lounge like. They even had a dj come in at 8pm to play. The service here was really nice. Food and drinks we loved too. Asian fusion style of menu. We tried 3 of the desserts and all 3 were soooo good. Definitely a place for date night or celebrating a special occasion. They even gave the birthday boy a little birthday gift. A must try for sure for all. =)

Such an incredible evening! This place is a vibe for sure. it's so extravagant and aesthetic. The food was amazing on top of everything And the service we got was perfect. Waiter gave us all the details about the menu and the cooking process. I loved the restaurant and will definitely come back.

Awesome dinner place! We went on valentines day and enjoyed the night, definitely recommend this place for dinner.

They had interesting beers and a great atmosphere! Plenty of parking and great music and space. Definitely plan to go again.

Came here for Valentine’s Day. It was a pre fix menu ($125pp) The restaurant is beautiful, the service was great and they had a fantastic live saxophonist / vocalist. I think they are known for their cocktails, and they are indeed quite good. The food, considering the cost was somewhere between bad and mediocre. Not sure if they do better with their regular menu, but I would not come here to eat ever again. The prefix menu was pretty fish heavy (something we typically love) but the cuts of fish were honestly just not good. The main entree was duck, again something I typically love, but it was quite bland.

Beautiful restaurant and great service. The drinks were very delicious and unique! Unfortunately, the food was up to par. For the price of the food you'd be better off going to other restaurants in fountain valley.

I have to admit, this was in a weird location. I just didn't think it would be in the plaza that it was at. But it won't stop me from going here again for sure. It's a small place but very beautiful inside. I was actually expecting it to be a lot bigger when I finally went here with my girlfriends. I would of course definitely recommend making reservations. It was fully packed. It is very dark in here also so if you don't like that vibe, then I've warned you. Here's what we ordered: Pretty in Panama Nada Colada Truffle Seafood fried rice Potato Korokke Wagyu sliders Caviar Cone Banana Miso Cake Yuze Strawberry Panna Cotta Of course everything was delicious but pricey, but also very instagrammable. Everything looked very cool and fancy which is definitely my vibe. Portions are a little small but it was still good enough to go back and try other things next time. Definitely perfect for date night or hanging out with a group. Our waiter was so helpful and very informative. Not too pushy and was super honest.
