Just went for my birthday lunch w my family and my mom ended up at the ER due to uncooked fish! And the manager Roberto did not want to reimburse us for the lunch! In addition, he was rude n unapologetic. I love Cipriani, my favorite place but Vegas was a massive disappointment!
Unfortunately the restaurant was VERY busy so we had to wait 45 minutes past our reservation time. We were definitely not thrilled with this situation however our server made up for the managements lack of proper planning. The entire meal was very rushed! We split an off menu spaghetti and meat sauce which is out of this world good! Highly recommend the cucumber, cherry tomato, fresh corn and basil salad and don’t forget the lemoncello! White linen table dressings, polished silverware and glasses, waitstaff in white coats. Simply perfection!
First time at this location, at Wynn. The food is good, not excellent but good. It’s expensive, but again you pay for location and name. The reason for only 2 starts is that the services are bad. We went it, a server come two times asking for the order, I guess he was in rush to leave .. or something. Then he disappeared and another one come, just asking if we need anything else. After he gave us the desert menu, he disappeared... for like 25 minutes no one come to the table. Finally I went and ask of the restaurant is still open :) and the guy who said it’s, asks what we want. In short, the services aren’t good.
Absolutely dreadful. Had a special anniversary dinner booked here at 9pm on a Saturday night. Excited as we received comms before hand saying to arrive promptly and a dress code would be in place. We like that, so looking forward to it. Arrived to a car crash. About 30 people outside waiting for tables, and asked to wait at the bar while they got our table ready. No seats as loads waiting there too, so stood for 25 minutes. Asked Maitre’ D what was going on and says we are still working on your table . I had to insist on a wait time to be told “well over an hour from now”. What a shambles and appalling way to run a supposedly high end venue. An embarrassment to the Wynn and I’d never return here.
The only thing I can really say about Cipriani at the Wynn is you need to go there. Dinner started with one of the best martinis I have ever had while the kids enjoyed some top notch Virgin Bellinis. The salads we ordered were delicious and the bolognese could have fed a small army. The salmon was equally as large and delicious. And finally, the service was unbelievable. Just go there!
Manager Suggested PLAIN pasta for my kid and didn’t warn that he will charge me 40$ (with taxes) just for plain pasta. Without cheese, just pasta. For lunch!!! Not even dinner. I payed for her pasta more than I payed for my entire lunch.Again, I didn’t order it, I was advised to get it because we waited for table 1 hour and were super hungry. After I talked to manager, he gave me attitude and compared this pasta to SEAFOOD pasta. And started to argue with me in not a nice way! Managers are a face of the brand and if they are trying to take advantage of you this way what can I tell about the brand itself:( I understand that no one suppose to feed my kid for free but , for example, other high end restaurants often suggest open food option for kids when it’s plain pasta or rice). And initially I was planning to share my own pasta with her because portions are pretty big. I was staying in Wynn for a week and was coming every day for lunch to this restaurant. I love Cipriani and often had dinner in Miami. But after this incident will never come back to any of their branches because it’s not nice to rip off people like that and with this manners. Ruined all my experience. You made 35$ profit on this pasta but lost a very loyal client.
Perfect evening!!!! Food and desserts were delightful!!!
