Nice reclining seats .. beautiful bar and friendly staff

Very comfortable seating with recliners and a snack tray for your food. You can order from a menu at your seat which can be very nice. I was disappointed that my coke cost $9 for a cup. Also I wanted some popcorn, but if your the only one who wants it they don't offer a smaller size. Only a big bowl so another disappointment. It was hard to find people who work there when you first go in so we took a while trying to figure out which theater our movie was in. I honestly think we could have walked in without a ticket and watched the movie.

Very comfortable and easy to park and very nice service. Sound is good and the screen is large. I saw Godzilla x Kong and it was silly and not worth it but thats on me for choosing a bad movie.

I came here today to see Godzilla and Kong a new empire. The food took over an hour. The staff was extreme rude. My friend sat in a different unclaimed seat because her chair wasn’t working, the manager walked up to our whole group and said “get up”. Then said, “oops, said that to wrong row” then just sped walked out of theater. No apology? We should have got refunds.

Service is incredible, staff is super nice and competent, overall great dinner movie experience

The things they got right 1.)Nice comfortable seats 2.) respectful employees 3.) food service Things they could improve on 1.) Audio was very low and some of the dialogue I just could not make out. Audio so low I could hear the guy next to me breathing! Yuck 2.) They do not accept Apple Pay 3.) The floor lighting inside the theater for the seating was so dim my father could not see when he was trying to get to his seat and nearly fell! I couldn’t see either and I have great vision. This happened because there is ZERO lightning on the floor in the rows of seats. It is probably the biggest issue they need to fix because if my Dad fell in there he would have sued big time. 4.) The popcorn is served in a metal bowl and that metal bowl gets cold making your popcorn get very cold a lot quicker than paper or cardboard. 5.) Not a very exciting environment to be in for a cinematic adventure. Usually when I go to see a new movie with my friends and loved ones we want it to be an “Experience” and that didn’t happen for us here at Cinepolis. I feel like the guys or guy who owns these theaters never went to a movie theater as a kid and has no concept of how the environment should be.
