The Cinnamon roll were delicious . But.... the place had a sign on the door, says they are closing up at the end of the month.☹️

As an FYI, they don’t have gluten free buns, just vegan buns. Old reviews about GF options appear to be outdated—would be great if there were gluten free options!

The gentleman behind the counter refused to help us. At first he told us to use the machine if we were going to pay by card. Then I told him we decided to do a create your own and pay by cash, which would require him to take our order. He asked me what was confusing about the machine. I again let him know I would just pay by cash because there is no Nutella option. He proceeded to tell me that they are fully vegan and Nutella is not vegan. Which is crazy because one of the items on their menu is the “Nutella” Latte Roll. He tells me there is no Nutella in it. All I could think was there has to be some kind of hazelnut type spread, and why wouldn’t he offer that as an option for us? I was beyond disappointed with his service and not once did he offer to take our order after his statement. He just stood there staring then we left.

Great place for some vegan treats! Of course a little too sweet but that’s how it’s supposed to be when you choose a cinnamon swirl roll with sweet toppings! Wish the service for in store customers is faster. They had so many online orders and we had to wait more than 15 min to get our order.

This place was 110% worth the hype, but I have sadly watched quality go down so much this past year. No longer a regular spot for us :/
