Do not waste your time at this place. The customer service is awful. When you go up to order they will roll your eyes at you and not care about your order. They also always seem to be "out of stock" whenever you go to order. Would give 0 stars if possible.
Every time my husband and I go to the mall, we always stop at Cinnabon. We have always had a good experience, store manager has always been pleasant with us.
Cinnamon rolls are dry, not a lot of icing, we thought that coming to the official store the quality was going to be superb, but a the small stores inside some of Maverick gas stations, service is better and the quality and taste is the taste they should have. If you want to have a delicious Cinnabon, this location is a must pass. Also the last 2 times the guy , his name is Don, that was the one at the front counter was not very friendly. One time the place was busy , today the place was empty and he was just counting flies, we got there and again not friendly at all, maybe he needs a vacation. This location will no longer be our first choice anymore. I should have read the mostly 1 star reviews before going there. They need to improve. The Flatiron mall has a lot of empty business space and will be a pitty to see this one go. There is always room for improvement
I was there yesterday, I think I forgot my keys on the counter, I have called 6 times today and no one has answered the phone to tell me whether or not if they found keys or not. Pretty important. It would really really help if someone would answer the phone and actually answer my question and concern.
I went to get cinnabon for the first time today and I felt horrible after. I went up to order and I just knew I wanted the small cinnamon rolls. I asked for 3 of them thinking I would get 3 super small cinnamon rolls. After I payed she handed me 3 box’s and I realized I had messed up so I just asked if there’s anyway I could just get one of them and refund the rest. The packs had 4 each in them so I had 12 and I just only wanted 3 which I later realized you have to get 4 because they come all together. That was my mistake however this isn’t why I’m leaving a 1 start, when I asked for a refund they were very rude and told me they can’t refund it and just kept making me feel bad for my miscommunication. I honestly felt so embarrassed so I just kept apologizing and said it’s okay I’ll just take these and go. The lady taking my order seemed like she didn’t wanna be working there and very annoyed which I get but I just don’t think that’s how you treat people. As soon as I left I went to my car to try one which they all ended up being cold. I even tipped them and everything and I’m just frustrated how I was treated. I have a hard time in public and this honestly made me feel really horrible and I don’t think I’ll be going back.
Don and his team were fantastic! We placed an enormous order online and he exceeded our expectations! His customer service was fantastic and the food could not have looked and tasted any better! Thank you Don and Cinnabon!!
I placed a large catering order for my daughters wedding. Don's customer service was impeccable. He constantly kept me update about the order, and even contacted me after the event to make sure everyting was good. The food was amazing and everyone at the wedding loved it! Thanks again Don for all you did for us!
Seriously the worst experience ever. Don the guy working at the counter wouldn't help us redeem the code with the app said there's to many out there, I'm on Cinnabon app so how many Cinnabon apps are there? 2nd he charged us more for the bites because he said restarting the transaction was to difficult as if he was giving us a deal showed him the menu it wasn't and he still charged me more. Totally acted as though he didn't want to be there. If you hate customer service you shouldn't be working it! Cinnabon needs to compensate the money Don refused to give back clearly got charged for the regular Cinnabon twice and he tried to tell me the bites were more expensive cause they take longer to cook get the hell outta here but yet the pricing on board was cheaper HE RIPPED US OFF!
