Associate is very rude no manners District manager hang up on you

This place is terrible employees are playing on their phone while customers are standing in line, employees seems to be lovers are kissing while we standing in line !my best option is just close it down;

I placed an order for delivery, and it was canceled by them. But they took my money out for my order that I never received. When I called no one answered the phone.

The worst experience I ever had the worst coffee don’t know how to make coffee it was the worst coffee ever taste

Gave this one 1 star if I could give a negative I would. First of all there was 1 person ahead of us and he stood there for like 5 minutes and walked away there were 3 people working. Then we waited NOT 1 PERSON said hello to us completely ignored us didn't take our order. I literally stood there also for about 5 minutes and not one person asked to take my order. It's a small stand alone Cinnabon so why were they rude and not acknowledging us or the customer before us. It was crazy. They completely just ignored us. So we left. Horrible horrible experience

This is by far the worst ran restaurant I've ever seen in my entire life. Every time I go there they're either completely out of everything. Once I went there in the middle of the day on a Saturday and there was literally no one there. The employees are extremely rude. They're also extremely lazy. I just went to get a regular Cinnabon Roll and they're completely out. Mind you they don't close for close to two hours from now. This is place is a joke. I'll never go back there again. It's no worth all the frustration.
