I have been to Cindi's downtown location many times but after today never again. As a first responder I have never been treated so rudely. The heavy set man basically waved his hand at me like he didn't care what I had to say. He told me, which is incorrect, if you have no uniform, I give you no discount. I was in uniform and not sure how much more uniform I needed. Very rude attitude gentleman, that I pray he doesn't treat others like this.

Sandwiches are perfect! The service was prompt and quick! This is a must stop if you are in downtown Dallas!
