Cilantro Mexican Grill

Had the pleasure to stop here for lunch last weekend. Food is amazing and the guacamole casero was delicious!!! Tacos were yummy as well. I strongly recommend this place.

Fish tacos were a bust. Tried the spicy sauce that comes with it, very spicy. Asked for something else, ranch was the option, ok. Never got it. After almost done with my 2nd taco, which I tried to choke down the just the mushy fish, I threw in the towel. Not paying for bad foor or bad service. The margarita was nothing but frozen ice. No tequila and was $15. Sorry, not going to return. I've heard good things but I guess that was wrong.

The portions and prices are on point! Authentic Mexican music, but not authentic Mexican flavor in the food - this could be them k playing it safe for guest who are not accustomed to authentic Mexican food flavor seasoning and “heat” (in some cases). I found the steak to be bland and needed a lot of extra Pico and any hot sauces they could get their hands on (I would prefer the steak to be seasoned and grilled (fajitas) instead of adding sauces)

Dietary restrictions: My partner and I have extreme allergies and the server brought the manager to help us navigate the menu. He was playful, understanding, and ready to accommodate us in any way we needed. Always love it here.

Service is good and meh as you’d expect in a large restaurant. They definitely do the things to give you plenty of good menu options. I prefer to take food at the bar as they see the tip coming to them. I got a very flat large Modelo Especial at a table which made for awkward situation of a long wait for the full beer meant I’d be done with my meal before a replacement arrived so who’s going to talk to the manager when your date loves the place… luckily Modelo is decent even flat. A truest remarkable brew.

Terrible service! The waiter was rude! The food was cold. We will never eat here again! Don't waste your time or money!
