My friend made a reservation for her birthday, for 10 people we were there at the same time the place opened, they left us waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes in line, there was no organization at all in place. The security is very rude and badly spoken. zero professional, in the end we had to leave the place due to the wait and discussion in the place. I don't recommend this place.

Ordered from Con ed right around the corner and didn't receive utensils, or my drink food was cold, I asked them to separate my meatballs fom pasta and shrimp. For $18+ I got 2 shrimp and 2 meatballs it was horrible tasting. You want to support the community but ....

Very bad service. I ordered the food online. Waited 1 hr and half then they canceled my order. Never do online order with them!

Horrible customer service and lets not speak about there Seamless delivery, they take the order and cancel if its not convenient for them. Good food horrible service and system
