Cigar City Brewing Brewpub & Taproom at Tampa International Airport

My server’s name is Erica. She was so good. very attentive, and even though my order was slightly complicated, she never wrote anything down and got the entire thing, right. Great service

SKIP IT! Had a really bad headache and hoped to get some good food to help, ordered the crab blt with fries and got stale fries and raw bacon for $20. Ate what i could to help with the headache but eventually gave up

Totally rude staff tonight

Avoid this place! I was literally the only one at the bar, and couldn't get service to save my life. I was able to order a bloody Mary, before shift change, however, on the menu it's listed as Ketel One Vodka, Elements Bloody Mary Mix, Pepperoncini, pickle stuffed olives, lime wedge and chili salt rum. I got well vodka with none of that. Also....I would have liked to have tried the food ...but the MISERABLE woman behind the counter does nothing for your business.

After a very long day of delays and travel, our experience at this airport restaurant was amazing. Freddie was our server and he made this day better. His food suggestions were perfect, his patience with us and our wild children was like no other. And the food was truly delicious!!!!!

I was having a rough day and stopped in for a late lunch while my flight was delayed. My server Rylee was prompt in bringing my drink and recommended a great meal. The pleasant smile, great service and excellent food made my day. Thanks

Both the black and blue burger and the brew house burger were well cooked and sizable. Couldn’t finish the fries which were good. However the one glass of pinot grigo at $19.50 and a glass of their own lager at $10.69 was too much.

This place has so many people crowded around wanting drinks, and it only ever staffs 1 bartender who tends to refills rather than taking new drinks. Got passed over for over an hour without any sort of acknowledgment and watched the whole bar and then some get served.
