Cicis Pizza

It's super cool to see an old school pizza buffet. It's not what it was in its hey day, and I wasn't expecting much. The pizza however wasn't bad, in fact it was good. Better than most chain generic pizza chains at least. The staff was very polite, and they have an arcade for the kids like it's 1998! For the price 10/10 Will eat there again. On a basic scale though the pizza was a solid 7, and the staff were friendly so 8.5. Kid-friendliness: The place was built for kids, it's almost Chuckey cheese, but you get to eat in peace and the foods not an afterthought.

Yummy. The staff quickly filled our requested pizza. Kid-friendliness: Our kids can be energetic, and they were well accomated.

Food is good nice place to visit service is also very fast Vegetarian options: Its good for veggie lovers

This place is huge and has a great arcade. I applaud the worker who was cleaning the tables and working the register. She was the only worker to be seen and working really hard. I was surprised there was no Parmesan anywhere to be found.

I had the bright idea of having some fun food at a franchise where I've been patronizing for years but this particular location was serving poor service on the buffet. Before I could even order, the cashier was wearing a RBF and attitude to match. I noticed it was packed and many children were eating and having fun but I wasn't going to risk my dinner being ruined with horrible service so we bounced. I showed grace in the moment but better is expected in public establishments.

Had a salad bar with no eggs no ham ready nothing. The pizza they didn't have no good choices.

Pizza was fresh made to order. Everything was awesome. Store was clean, and the only reason for 4 star was that Cici's did not have any ice.

HORRIBLE service. Went in with my husband and our boys and the workers acted like it was a burden to come to the register. Then came to the register visibly talking about us and laughing. Was barely any pizza to choose from and most tasted like it had sat there all day. Then took the boys into the arcade and stood at the counter for 15 minutes with no one coming to help us. My son asked the same girl that was at the register if she would help and she pretended to not speak English so she wouldn’t have to walk back there. Not to mention lights flickering the whole time and half the arcade games off. Also was charged full adult price for our 1,3, and 4 year olds. Will NEVER come here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
