Hands down - the BEST. customer. service. EVERS! The manager/owner should be handing out bonuses to those staff members that really go above and beyond! 3 smiling staff members immediately come to mind: both Calebs & a young man helping me at the pizza buffet line. The young man kept insisting to personally make me anything and that he was there to help if I needed anything at all! Superb service. **Caleb Fore** - oh em gee. He is just a rare gem. Especially kept me cracking up & all smiles/laughs. He personally had a pizza made for me - pepperoni & pineapple - my FAV.! Fore, you da best my dude! The other Caleb also went above & beyond in being helpful. He was attentive, checked on us regularly (we NEVER had to "find him" or "flag him down" which is a major plus!). He was always by our side clearing plates, refilling drinks, and just being a GREAT employee overall. ***Managers, PLEASE THANK & RECOGNIZE YOUR STAFF FROM SUNDAY DAY SHIFT!!! 01-28-2024 @ approximately noon*** is the staff I encountered. What a lovely experience! Major, vast improvements since past visits of mine. The manager is doing a magnificent job at keeping CiCi's running smooth! Caleb was GREAT at the register. Perfect greeting and goodbyes!! Isiah was also wonderful busing our table and just offering his help. The whole staff was attentive to the bar as well.
Slow service I hate paying over 50 dollars and not being able to eat . We constantly had to wait on pizza . That's the problem . I thought it was a all you can eat buffet but i guess not. We kept having to wait on plates that was piled up to be cleaned smh

Cici's always seems to have trouble keeping pizzas out on the buffet. Used to never be an issue, but as of late, they struggle to keep the pizza on the buffet.
