Cicis Pizza

For a Saturday night, the amount of options on the buffet were pretty low. Everything tasted great. We weren’t greeted upon entering and we had to wait and physically wave down someone at the buffet line to ask for a pizza request - it wasn’t super busy and there were several people in the kitchen, so it just stood out to us as unusual compared to previous experiences. My main concern though is that they are still using single use bowls and utensils. And the plastic fork I had to use broke into pieces trying to cut a cinnamon roll.

I went in with family members hoping to have a great time. I paid for two adult buffets and a cup of water. I checked my receipt and I see an additional charge for a soda cup. I went back to tell the manager and she had the worst attitude trying to reprimand me as if I were her child or something. Ma'am I asked for two buffets and a cup of water. She misunderstood that's fine, it's not the end of the world. It the fact she tried to yell at me telling me to 'learn how to order' and I said 'well learn how to appropriately take orders'. She had also messed up the people's order before me! So I don't think the customers are having trouble ordering, it's definitely Belinda having a hard time concentrating and putting orders in. A client close by said she also messed up her order for being on the phone while she took the order. I paid with card. I never carry cash. I asked her to refund me the extra charges she put in and she tried to give me cash. I said no ma'am I paid with card. She said take it or I'm going to call the police. Call the police for what? For overcharging me with something I did not order? Go ahead and call the police! I need the money back on my CARD! She kept getting disrespectful and I said refund my entire amount I'm out of here. Definitely do not recommend.

Usual Cicis’s fare. Kid behind the pizza counter was very respectful and helpful. Took a star off for service since we had to bus our own tables if we wanted space to get more food. Pizzas were typically being restocked in portions with additional slices from under the counter so you couldn’t tell if it was old or fresh pizza until you tasted it. Best bet was to ask for a 1/2 pizza, made to order. Always love the cheesy bread with Alfredo sauce to dip in. Alfredo spinach, bbq pork, Mac and cheese and buffalo chicken pizza are our favorites as long as they are thin crust. Hot cinnamon rolls are a must to end your meal with. If you see something on the menu that isn’t on the buffet or want a custom pizza, ask. We got brownies since we asked.

Very disappointed. Got our food to go. Came home enjoyed it very much. Then when putting it up I noticed a dead roach in the box. Very sad and disappointing. Wasn’t sure how it got there till I noticed another review with the same issue. Do not recommend coming here will not go back.

Order takeout today, the pizza looked like they put together pieces form the buffet as the pizza slices didn’t align together, it was cold, not “fresh out the oven warm” but “been under the buffet hot lamps warm” and why is is so thin also I got cinnamon roll… ‍♀️ they’re definitely not cooked all the way….
