I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!!!!!!!! I ALSO ADVISE THE OWNER OR H.R THAT YOU REPLACE YOUR SUPERVISOR OR LEAD . SHE GIVES HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE HAS A DISGUSTING UGLY BAD ATTITUDE. SHE IS EXTREMELY RUDE TO THE CUSTOMERS AND STAFF. SHE'S THE BROWN MEXICAN LOOKING GIRL WITH THE BRACES. SHE HAS THE AUDACITY TO SMILES WHEN SHE IS CONFRONTED. I SEE HERE THAT SHE HAS 1 STARS FROM PEOPLE AND YALL DON'T CARE TO REPLACE THAT CANCER. I EXPERIENCED A HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THAT'S WHY I DEMANDED MY MONEY BACK. THE CASHIER HAD A DRY BAD ATTITUDE. SHE IS THE LIGHT SKIN HISPANIC GIRL IN THE FRONT. ALSO, YALL NEED TO TAKE THAT CHRISTMAS DECORATION OFF, IT'S ALREADY MARCH 2024. CLEAN THIS PLACE UP CAUSE I SAW A DAMN NASTY ROACH WALKING ACROSS THE DINING ROOM. MAKE THIS PLACE SMELL LIKE GOOD PIZZA CAUSE IT LOOKS LIKE THE STAFF HAS NOT CLEAN THIS PLACE SINCE LAST YEAR. THE PIZZA WASN'T ALL THAT AND WE HAD TO WAIT 30 MINS FOR A PIZZA WE ORDERED. IN GENERAL THIS PLACE IS TRASH TRASH. I HOPE PEOPLE REALIZE THEY HAVE WAY BETTER OPTIONS THAN TO COME HERE. IT WAS MY FIRST TIME HERE, BUT I'M NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. ALSO, THIS ADDRESS ON MAPS IS WRONG, FIX THE ADDRESS. YALL ARE NEXT TO THE ONE DOLLAR MART & RAINBOW!

I went back to this location on today the food was horrible and it was packed with High School kids and they were playing around the salad bar it was over 100 kids inside which was a fire code because they didn't have enough seats for them to sit so they was walking around eating standing up even the school staff I told the Hispanic women at the front that they was playing at the salad bar and she gone say what trying to act like she didn't understand me so I repeated myself and the police officer came in and said what's going on in here so she just stand there like she didn't know what was going on so my hubby and I got our cups and my receipt and went to grab something to eat and the workers had dry pizza and bread sticks sitting out we didn't get any fresh pizza just wasted our money we ate two slices of pizza unfresh and walk out my husband said we will never ever come back to this location again I don't know what was the purpose of her calling the police because she had to call them but if you call the police make sure that you tell them what you called for Im so sick of this location because they only carter to Hispanic people and they have bad attitudes and they play to much in the kitchen they just cook and don't communicate with each other's I noticed that every food place that they're working at is going down because of their attitudes and discrimination and lack cooking skills this is the reason why Pancho's went out of business in this area I love everyone and believe that everyone deserves to be treated the same.

On the weekends is full and understaff and not many pizzas to choose from.

Brown skin supervisor girl with braces needs to get fired. She's rude and proud of it. Not coming here again.

People don't come here. Horrible customer service from the supervisor or manager. I'm not coming here again. I was really disappointed with the customer service, the food and how sanitary this place was. Please hire new staff.

It smells terrible there. Near the soda dispenser all the way to the restrooms. I don’t know if it’s a Co2 leak or something but it smelled EXTREMELY bad. Pizza was dry, and the soup was very thick.
