Church's Texas Chicken

Not enough employees and a couple of them were actually rude Parking: Plenty of parking cuz no one really goes there I go there every once in awhile to get lunch from

Came to the store came and got a spicy chicken sandwich came out the drive-through. This was the manager that made this chicken named Brian chicken was raw in the middle. customers be aware

Chicken looks like it's been under warmer awhile the worker very unfriendly

Waited 15 min in the drive thru window without getting any acknowledgement from anyone and then the order was wrong and not completely cooked

We will definitely be goin back everything was delicious

We went to Church's Chicken drive thru last night. What a mistake. First I have to say we are fairly regular customers. The Chicken is usually great and this trip was no exception. The problem came when we paid for our food. The cashier at the window took our debit card and handed the driver a large bag of food. obviously not ours. The bag contained and 8pc. chicken and large order of okra. we gave him the food back and he gave us ours. The cashier had charged us for the wrong order for over $30. He took our card again and said our card would be credited for the $30 and he charged us the$22 that was for our order. We DID NOT get the credit so we paid a total of $50 for two orders of chicken and an order of poppers. Needles to say, we are insulted. we returned to the restaurant tonight in hopes of fixing this mess, but we were turned away. They had no interest is fixing their error. Their suggestion was that we needed to talk to our bankLesson learned. The food is good, but what are you willing to pay for it?
