If you are looking for good ol' Texas barbecue like I was, these folks are from West Texas and do it right! Reminds me of my favorite restaurant I left behind when I moved to this great state of Alabama!

Amazing Brisket and their prices on the kids menu items really can't be beat for the quality. This is our go to BBQ place. great atmosphere and fantastic food. Its a Huntsville/Madison staple.

Hearty portions in an rustic setting. Friendly staff and excellent service. Everything had a good flavor. Ribs could have been more fall off the bone but was plenty juicy. Wings were fair, previously smoked, and fried to reheat.

Friday night at 6pm, out of several items, 35 minute wait for one pork plate and 4 pieces corn bread. Messed up on multiple to go orders of other customers. People walking out complaining about their prices per lb being incorrect. This was my first time getting food from here and probably will stick to Jim & Nicks down the road.
