Table next to us had a cake covered in peanuts so me and a child there both had a peanut reaction which Linda ruined the day. Be nice if they didn't allow that. Brought my 3-year-old son to this chuck E. Cheese., he wanted to play on the new trampoline That I paid 10 extra dollars when he couldn't even jump because it was locked up.When I asked for someone to Unlock it. They proceeded to give me attitude and tell me that they were short staff. So why did I just pay $10 for something? My son cannot have access to.he said that he was gonna send someone over ok 10 mins later that person that came over he was very Hostile looked very angry and was being Extremely rude to my kid. It made him uncomfortable.,also sitting on his phone with Earbuds in he also told my kid to open the door him self the look on his face and was scaring my kid.my son My child Kept coming in and out for water.And they kept locking it every time which made no sense why are these companies hiring Unprofessional people in a kid friendly place this is very unacceptable. So I went over to the manager and Explain the situation again he said he would send someone else over. And when they did when my child went to go in and play The girl closed the gate in my son's face and TOLD A 3 YEAR OLD YOU DIDN'T PAY. This system that they had was not good at all. It's crazy to me because it kept saying, how short stuff they were, but there were 4 people sitting around talking behind the register and we're mocking me. I'm extremely disappointed. I will never be back to this location EVER.

Went there for a kids' birthday party , the kid's loved the pizza served, and the staff was excellent. They were there to help out my niece the whole time we were there, great job guy's!

I have been there before 1 time and it’s way more funner then the one is San Bruno

Se me hiso muy desagradable cuando mi niña de 3 años quiso subirse al nuevo trampolin y se negaron cual es la razon de tener nuevos juegos si los niños no pueden usarlos estoy muy molesto.
