Some machines dont work, customer service is poor

We got a large cheese pizza, salad bar and 60 minutes of playtime. The pizza wasn’t the best, a little over done; salad bar was watered down because the ice surrounding the toppings and dressing was getting into the containers (yuck). They didn’t have a good selection of games for our 4 year old, but she did have fun trying. We typically go to a different Chuck E Cheese but people have gotten food poisoning there recently so we decided not to go there…On a positive note it was pretty clean and the staff was kind.

Hello dear Creepy going in the washroom

My 3 yr old grandson absolutely LOVES Chuck E. Cheese it's next to impossible to convince him to leave.. he loves it when Chuck E. Comes out to greet everyone and doesn't want him to leave.. Kid-friendliness: All of The staff that I have met there so far are great with kids .. they're very friendly.. very approachable and very helpful.... one of our favorite employees at the Orange CA. Location is a Manager named Kenneth .. very friendly great customer service and has an awesome personality..

Muy mal organizado

Perhaps the world's most expensive pizza, and near the bottom for quality. The kids seemed to enjoy it, not sure why - but I guess they weren't the ones over paying for lousy food, boring games, and a mildly interested Chuckee Cheese character. Save your time and money - choose something different than this rip off establishment.

The old lady with the grey hair and funny teeth has very bad customer service. I Will never come back. She has a nasty attitude. Don’t know her name but won’t be surprised if it’s Karen. Don’t come to this location you will regret it if she’s the one working that day. I arrived at 3 and was giving my family a hard time. I over heard her talking to another employee and she said she clocked in at 1pm. She was 2 hours into her shift and already cranky????? Why she even bother coming to work. Do y’all selfs a favor and go to round table on katella.
