Chuck E. Cheese

Everything is All New. They have remove the Chuck E Cheeses mascot, few new games and everything looks so clean and fun.

While the food service is great and I love the attention to detail, the new renovation sucked. The restaurant without the animatronics is not worth going to, regardless of the "replacement attractions". I'm sorry, but I will not be returning. I get it was a corporate decision, but it wasn't worth it. I wish I could have saved parts or something. Those guys were all that meant something to me.

I’ve been to this location a couple times prior before the renovation and honestly thought it was a good place for my kids to go and have fun with appropriate games for their age. I did go today 02/03/24 and was super packed but still not an issue. The person who took our order was nice. My problem was with the food. I was there an hour and a half til I went ahead and asked how much longer it’d take, only to realize my order receipt wasn’t even there. I was furious because my kids at that point were getting cranky from waiting for pizza. People who had barely ordered were only waiting 15 minutes and my order wasn’t even thought of. I asked the guy how much longer and he said 15 minutes because he was barely gonna put the order in again, which was a lie because my food wasn’t done for another 30 minutes so in total I waited 2 hrs for a pizza and wings. I wasn’t the only one complaining about the wait time for the food because it seemed so unorganized in the kitchen.

I found staff to be very attentive and patient. They might not be very smiley and perky but I think it’s more important to be attentive. I had originally rated the food 4 stars because the pizza was pretty good but we also got salads and after two plates of salad and an emergency stop the a random restroom on the way home I realized that they either didn’t wash the lettuce or they didn’t wash their hands. If you don’t mind maybe pooping yourself on your way home then you’ll enjoy the salad bar. I’m not a huge fan of all the new screens throughout the establishment. The animatronics are gone and replaced with a wall sized screen. We like to limit screen time for our little and did not appreciate the new addition. We decided not to sit next to the giant screen but there were still TVs in the other dining area so it was hard to avoid.

Fun place for a kids party or a rainy day. Down side was quite a few games were broken

Honestly horrible. I miss the real Chuck E. Cheese, the one with the animatronics and such. This literally sucked so bad I wanted to actually cry. The workers seemed so miserably depressed it was like they’d never seen a smile in their lives, not very welcoming at all. They messed up my order by giving me pepperoni pizza when I ordered cheese. They DESTROYED the animatronics with hammers to replace it with a stupid tv screen and “dance stage” that literally nobody even was on. It was so disappointing, we need the animatronics back. Especially Helen Henny. I miss it. Also it took so long for the food to come. At the drink fountains majority of the drinks weren’t even working. Literally I wouldn’t have even minded half of this if the animatronics were there. The stupid replacement tv puppets were extremely creepy, 100 times more scary than the animatronics EVER were. Can’t even begin to explain how much I hate the false advertising of “new better place” their “renovations” were literally just removing the animatronics and making things more modern when it really ruined the whole idea of what Chuck E. Cheese is.
