Had a little party there and asked if they can blow up a balloon i didn't have any helium they said no and they charge 15 dollars to play in the trampoline on top of the play cards way to much i probably won't do a party there anymore

My family has been coming to this location for five years now, and it's always been great, but today that we when to celebrate my son's birthday the service was so bad that I think this will be the last time we celebrate any of our kids birthday here. First our food took almost one hour, second our order of wings was incomplete, we told the clerk, he said that they will give us everything in a little while he gave us one of the timers they give everyone. Mine you that there where only four other families at the time this happened. So two hours pass they never called our timer to give us the rest of our order. We get ready to leave, but went to tell the clerk that they never gave us the rest of our food he said if we wanted to talk to the manager we said yes. Finally we talked to the manager and told her what the problem was, she simply said ( so what do you want me to do I wasn't her when you order your food) we told her that the clerk knows about the problem because he was the one that took the order and the one we complained right away that the order was not complete, she said she didn't know what to do, I don't think a person that doesn't know what to do should be a manager of a restaurant, almost forgot the young man that was cooking the food had long hair to his shoulders and didn't have a hair net,and this didn't seem to matter to the supposed manager.

Clean, friendly environment for kids and adults. Games and rides for all ages. Brought 2 yr old grandson, and he had a blast. A bit pricey though.

Cleaner than I expected, only a very few games were out of service. Food was done fast, and there was a worker cleaning constantly. Recommend Kid-friendliness: They have a nice trampoline area.
