Pizza us gorgeous, pricey

This Chuck E. Cheese wasn’t too pleasant. When my wife, son and myself walked in we were not greeted at all and it took ten minutes for somebody to come out and assist us with purchasing a game card for 45 minutes which ended up being fun for us until some other kid decided to go in front of my wife and son during a skee ball game and it’s like we’re looking around for the parents in which they were on their phone sitting at table or something. I understand it’s a kids place to have fun but to cut in front us while we’re in the middle the game as our son is a year and a half and the other kid was bigger it just didn’t sit right with us and it wasn’t right. After our 45 minute session of game time and ride time it was time for us to go and as we were walking out the employees behind the counter we’re just on their phone, not even a care in the world and on our way out they said have a good day guys and we just ignored her because it seemed like their phone was more important than the customers.

We took our kids to the summerlin location. 7 of the machines we played were out of order without a sign. 3 were clearly broken with plastic parts laying on the floor. We waited to redeem tickets for prizes but left because we were tired of waiting. We were 1 of 2 families there. Looks run down and had poor service.
