My son had so much fun

What happened? When I had my daughter's bday party it was great! Now, 6 months later, I was having my sons 2nd bday party here completely night and day! Very disappointing. The staff was rude, not attentive. Last time, I was strongarmed into having to tip the host. I think I was tricked. I feel like I was being followed by staff for no reason! My daughter was excited by the trampoline but was treated rudely by the attendant. Finally, we paid the extra $20, and she didn't want to go in. We had to chase the host down to order more food and have them bus the tables. Last time, my host was amazing, on top of it. This time, I feel like I was inconvenient to them. I guess I have to find a different location next time.

Horrible the manager was annoyed because I gave him a $100 bills

WE TOOK MY BABY SISTER AND IT WAS AMAZING WE HAD KARINA AS OUR HOSTESS AND SHE WAS AMAZING.SHE HAD THE BEST ENERGY AND MADE MY PARENTS TEALLY HAPPY WITH HER SERVICE I LOVED IT
