The sodas taste like bleach the service is to slow

They no longer have the robot band. My kids are devastated that was their favorite part about coming to chuck e cheese. They no longer even want to come here and play. Imagine bringing your kids to play and they get angry and frustrated because their favorite band is gone. I hope they bring it back.

Took our 2 yr old son here for the first time. Everyone has to experience Chuck E Cheese! Place looked a little smaller but the experience was the same for the kid! Rick and Lorenzo were helpful

It's really just for kids

The salad bar had old discolored lettuce and the carrots were split from age. The girl at the counter was not happy. So expensive.

Paid for a birthday party for 2 hours. Pizza arrived 2hours late Burt to the table. I was not able to feed the kids. There was no management on site. I returned the pizzas and waited an additional hour for pizza. I complained on the survey that was sent to my email and never received a response. That’s the last time I’ll pay for a birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese.

Update: 01.29.24. Unfortunately, the animatronic figures of Chuck E. Cheese & friends on stage have been covered, presumably removed. We had heard this was coming as other locations have been updated because today's families supposedly prefer a more contemporary experience. That translates to a large monitor screen, not classic Chuck E. & friends firing up every so often on stage. Our family is disappointed, but those older animatronics must be near the end of their useful life...hope they'll at least donate them to a museum. Seriously. Otherwise, our family had a fun time as always. Wish there were some coupons available. We have the CEC app, but there's been nothing except coupons for food in some time. 10.18.23 Wonderful family experience at the iconic Chuck E Cheese in Dublin, where we took our children years ago! Staff went out of their way to greet us, offer help as needed, and make us feel very welcome. Cute little rides for our wee one, hands-on games like skee ball, basketball, water games wherein the kids cannot get wet, plus electronic games, motorcycle racing, etc. for older kids on the other side. Had so much fun watching the vintage animatronics figures do their thing, and the kids joined in for a little dance party! Awesome place to have a birthday party, they take care of all of the details, you just show up with your guests and relax. No set-up, no clean-up! The place was very clean, which we did not expect, but were so happy to see. Tables were spotless, floors as well, the salad bar looked so inviting but we didn't have an opportunity to sit down for too long! Super easy access off of expressway 580, and other convenient routes as well. Ample free parking on weekdays a little tighter evenings and weekends as would be expected. Shopping center has other restaurants, so after the party is over and the pizza and cake have been eaten, AND the kids have fallen asleep in the car, grown ups can grab dinner to go to top off the day and save that leftover Chuck E Cheese pizza for the kids' lunch the next day! A big nod to the staff over there that really seems to care about people actually having good, clean fun! Vegetarian options: Salad bar is great! Help yourself to fresh veggies & toppings custom-made by you! Dietary restrictions: Great to have a choice in what to put on your salad to be sure good that are off limits aren't accidentally added in pre-made salads as is the case elsewhere. Parking: Short walk into the establishment from most parking spots. Kid-friendliness: This is a kid's wildest dream come true! Still a blast after all these years! Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking right by front door. Front door also accommodating for disabled guests as is main entryway inside. We saw staff assisting a guest in a wheelchair to their vehicle, which was very kind.

I read a review published a month ago saying that the place smelled horrible, food was undercooked, and the place seems that it wasn’t cleaned for a long time. The owner replied to the review and apologized. I came to the place and the customer review was right. The fact that the owner replied to the review published a month ago and me visiting the place with a bad experience proves that the owner doesn’t take action! I felt that the staff seems to be unapproachable and looks unsafe for the children. Additionally, the game machines have cloudy smears and they all smell terrible. I hope that the owner acknowledges this review because if this continues, less people will come.
