Chubby's Restaurant

This was my first visit. It was nice. The waitress was great. The water was very clear and tasted smooth. The food portion was okay. I ordered a side of fruit with my meal but I didn’t know it would be all 1 type. I believe that should be stated just in case of someone’s preference. Luckily I eat pretty much all fruit. You're not going to get a better diner experience in DFW. Beats Norma's, Mama's Daughters, Circle Grill. Whatever greasy spoon/ hole in the wall/ diner experience you're looking for. All day breakfast is a plus. Daily specials. A Greek menu that's legit. PIES, BROWNIES, CAKES! You won't walk away disappointed. I've gone here since I was in my 20s as a construction worker. That was almost 30 years ago and my family and I meet up here now to catch up for birthdays and they love it. Servers are excellent.

Me and my wife ate here for the first time she said she's passed this place up for years and never stopped, but she always saw a lot of people there. We stopped here after church yesterday, and it was great . Our server Quentin was awesome, and the food was really good, fresh hot flavorful and well portioned.
