Excellent legit Asian food! Delicious, a step above! Higley recommend.
I went to Philly once and discovered/fell in love with Lah-Zi chicken and Dan-Dan noodles in their Chinatown and came back to Orlando determined to find a place that had the same dishes. Did some googling and that's how I discovered Chuan Lu Gardens. Authentic Szechuan cooking and oh so so good! I'm always shocked that they aren't more busy when I go in but I think people have just gotten bored with the run of the mill and low quality New York style Chinese food most other places in the area have. Especially with all the other great Asian options in this area. But if you like Chinese and you like spicy DO NOT sleep on this place! They even have one of those cute robot hostesses and a new boba bar.
Pretty authentic chinese food , one of the best in Orlando! I wish they deliver to Oviedo .
What a pleasant surprise! The menu offered various unique items you don't find often in Orlando. The flavor and quality of our food was spectacular and definitely worth the rave review we got from a friend. I had the pan fried pork dumpling that was as unique looking as tasty, the hot and sour soup small that had a small kick that made my taste buds jump, and the Zhajiang hand pull noodles that was delicious. We also tried their Ma Po Tofu with minced pork that was out of this world as well as their stir fried green beans with eggplant - a recipe I definitely need to get! The Krab puffs were also worth a try so all in all a wonderful feast for sure. Our waitress Ace made us feel welcome and had great suggestions on what to try and helped make the evening memorable. Vegetarian options: The veggie meal we had made me want to try their other options. Will have to make a return trip soon. Parking: There is a limited amount of parking, but plenty when we arrived. You have to come down the side street off of Colonial to get here but well worth the effort.
