Very rare im this impressed with everything at an Italian restaurant but this is my New Franklin TN favorite restaurant. Must choose this for your V day date

I made a reservation over the phone for the party of eight for Friday10-12 days in advance. I was told to confirm 48 hours before my arrival, which I did, gave my card information, confirmed on the auto generated confirmation text too. Our reservation was for 8:15 (only time available), which was late but we still agreed since we wanted to try this new family owned Italian restaurant. We were hoping for a good ladies night out dinner and celebrate one of our friend's birthday. All of us were there by 8:00 in a loud and crowded restaurant. The owner came to us told us he is aware of our reservation but will set the table for 8 as soon as those tables are vacant. Okay we thought since its Friday night and people are taking their time, we would get our reserved table 10-15 minutes later (which should not be the case in any situation though). After 15 minutes owner offered us to come to the one corner of the restaurant with a couch and coffee table. It was little better to have place for some of us to sit down and put gift bags and coats. We asked him about the unavailability of the table if we made a reservation and his answer was "I can't do anything" "I can't tell people to leave". We waited for good 30-40 minutes and moment we saw a booth and a table of 4 empty we asked them to combine it so we can at least sit and finally order our food. Owner was apologetic and tried to compensate by giving us 50% off entrées. Finally we all ordered the food which was really good but honestly speaking waiting despite reservation and inability to manage it properly was not a good taste. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone planning for any celebration.

Wonderful scratch made Italian restaurant with a fun and chic vibe! Brenner was out waiter, and he was incredible! He was very personable, attentive, and charismatic. All around 5 star dinner!

We’re locals and dined in for the first time on Saturday night, and boy was it delicious! Service was great! The bartenders took great care of us. I was also impressed by the prices, very reasonable for the amount of food you get. The meatballs app and Elk entree are a MUST try! I will be telling my family and friends about this place. 10/10!

One of my favorite spots for fresh pasta in Franklin. Very authentic and arguably the best Italian place in the area. I strongly recommend the Bolognese - my favorite item on the menu. Simple yet effective. Very good drink menu as well. You’re in a for a nice time if you come into this place. Make reservations in advance as it gets full on weekend nights.

Amazing find in Franklin. So fresh. Amazing in 360 degrees of direction. Brenner was fantastic as our guide through the amazing options of food and beverage. Massive props to the Affogato…like really. Yikes. You must finish with this and a Digestivi.

We met some friends who are regulars here, and it was good. They have a unique "make your own charcuterie" that let's you select what you want. We had to drag the details out of the server; not sure she knew we were new. The elk rack, Bolognese, and several of the shared plates were all good.

This was my first time here! I brought a client for lunch and ordered the Salmone al Limone and the Affogato. I tend to stay away from Italian for client lunches since it is usually big portions, too filing and red sauce can be messy but this was the perfect amount of food. The Salmon was cooked to perfection, super light and the Affogato will need to become a regular in my daily diet. Hannah was our server and she was very attentive and super sweet! To top it off, I forgot to grab the itemized receipt and immediately called to see if I could come back to pick one up. The Chrysalis team said they could email it to me, which was great! It took a few tries but the Owner & GM was super responsive and helpful in making sure I received a copy. Amazing customer service, especially when they easily could have just said once it's printed there is nothing they can do about it. Also, parking is super easy and available - and that's always a deal breaker for me!
