Chopt Creative Salad Company

My wife ordered a shrimp salad w/extra shrimp. The last time we ordered from Chopt was July of last year, and today I was reminded why it's been so long. How do you charge $20 for a large bowl of lettuce w/5-6 small shrimp halves and the same number of tomato cubes? You win, we will never order from Chopt again! Dietary restrictions: I am on a keto diet

They really should switch gloves between orders. When I was waiting, the person touched the computer to check someone else out, went to the back to grab something, and then came back to handle my order without changing gloves. They grab the salad with their hands so all I could think about is everything they touched beforehand.

This place is a hit or miss! Everyone i go there I get the same exact thing and I always get charged different price between $14-17 for a salad. The employees need better training because some can make a salad and some can’t. I will say the manager is very nice and knows how to professionally resolve issues.

This was by far the worst salad I have ever had,,, none of the veggies or toppings taste like anything, entire salad taste like water, you are better going to get a salad a Publix or Salata for the win for the prices they charge, trust me!

There’s definitely a reason for their low ratings. They’re out of most things usually and you’re lucky if you can get reasonable volume of the items you’ve substituted with. If Sweetgreen is open just go there. Or grab yourself a salad kit from the grocery store
