Ordering through app for pick up is so easy, cost is reasonable and my salad was delicious

Save your money. Way over priced. You either get drenched in dressing or you get none. The quality of some of the ingredients is questionable.

They consistently get orders incorrect. I ordered the Chicken Tinga with no cheese on the Chopt app, and when I'm about to dig in I see cheese. I'm lactose intolerant. I can't have cheese! And they screwed up my wife's order too. Gave her cauliflower rice instead of what she asked for. And the cauliflower rice wasn't even good at that. Never again am I going to this location. If you do decide to go, best be sure to check your food before you leave. The Chopt in Mamaroneck is much better!

My son picked me up a salad for lunch at work. I was enjoying my salad until I found a long black hair tangled in it. I couldn’t continue to eat my salad. I’ve been going to chopt for a while and it never disappointed until today. So sad how expensive it is too, I I spent $38 on a salad and a wrap and to not enjoy it
