I have gone/ordered from this location several times and lately it is a roll of the dice for how the food will turn out. More often than not, ingredients or items are missing from my orders. The staff, with the exception of one or two times, have consistently been rude. Management really needs to acknowledge these issues because we as customers are paying too much to get subpar quality salads and miserable customer service experiences in return.

We received the wrong person's order in our take-out bag, and the salad we received that was correct was missing chicken that we had paid for.
$15 for a salad that wasn’t fresh at all. The lettuce was wilted and brown. Dressing was tasteless. I’ve been here before and it was never amazing but this time was kind’ve gross. I don’t think I’d bother going back. I saw all the lettuce in the containers and it was all wilted and brown. Made me nervous to even eat it. So expensive for below average product. The place is super clean. Staff seem friendly and knowledgeable. But the product was just too poor for my liking.
We ordered a Jr warm bowl and the portion is extremely small. The avocado is too ripe and turns black. It is worse than any kid meals everywhere. Poor food quality and the see you so so. They don’t care about any complaints
The delivery man saved my life Wheelchair accessibility: I took someone’s wheelchair and they just let it happen. The wheelchair was very accessible.
