Great customer service and good food quality.
Ordered lunch salad through Uber Eats. Very skimpy on the salad toppings. Ordered from a Chopt in California last week and got a great salad with generous toppings.

Great place if your looking for a salad. Lots of extras if you want to add ingredients to the salad
Kale caesar salad was decent. Service was ok.
I have been going to Chopt once a week for awhile, but I’ve noticed that lately they started to skip ingredients when making my salads. At first I thought it was accidental, but now it feels intentional, like maybe they’re skipping ingredients to make a bigger profit? Example… 3 weeks ago I ordered a Santa Fe salad, which comes with avocado. I didn’t notice until after I got it, no avocado. One week later, I go back. Ordered the exact same salad. Different person helped me this time. When it got to the chopper, I noticed as he was mixing my bowl that it didn’t have avocado. I asked him about it, and he confirmed there wasn’t any in it and so then it was added. Today, I went back a 3rd time. A different person helping me. Same salad, same exact thing, except this time I was watching them like a hawk. She passed my salad to the chopper after skipping the avocado and I caught her and said she forgot the avocado. No apologies from anyone whenever I caught it was missing, and whenever they’ve had to add it they look above and past me, as if they know they were caught and don’t want to look at me. It’s bizarre. But that’s 3 times in a row they skipped the avocado, which is the premium ingredient. Between that and their reaction each time, it’s hard for it to not feel intentional… A shame because I like Chopt salads.
Working downtown there is no shortage of food places in the area. Today I was out and about and thought let me start the week off on the right note and get a salad. So I paid $15 and change for a mixed greens salad with chicken. The salad was okay. The amounts of chicken and toppings seemed minimal and it sort of felt like I paid $15 for a giant bowl of greens. None of the toppings I added really stood out in their taste or quality. The place itself was nice and clean. I especially liked how they have bags for you to carry your order out and the slice of bread was a nice surprise. The staff was very friendly, respectful, and kind.
