Phenomenal! Atmosphere, food, and service! Our table assistant JJ was absolutely wonderful! She should be promoted to waitress! She explained the menu so well and with confidence. Also, she told us all about the Nocatee location that will be opening. The sales manager was very nice as well. The Brussel Sprouts were my favorite and the truffle butter that comes with the Parmesan fries compliments everything! It's so good on the steak! Be sure to ask for it even if you don't order the fries! Parking: Because it's in a plaza finding a spot can be difficult. The lot is big so just pack your patience. And depending on when you leave be careful, there's a var type restaurant in the plaza, someone was leaving in the dark with no lights on, it was raining, and they almost hit us.

We came in for my dad's birthday. The food was good but the service was exceptional! Our table spent over $800 but I guess that wasn't enough even though the birthday occasion is what brought us in. We were charged a $20 cake fee for bringing our own birthday cake without anyone mentioning it. Completely unacceptable!!! Food was 8/10, service was 10/10 but the principal of the situation ruined it for us! We don't plan to come back for a special occasion.

$$$$ and does not suck. Not great either. My steak was lobster Oscar. I got a steak-no sauce, no lobster, no asparagus. They took it back and “fixed” it but it was cold on return and either a hurried fix or their lobster Oscar is not good. Your steakhouse experience will be fine if you set your expectations below, for example, Ruth’s Chris or golden eagle. But, you will pay those prices. I had a vibe they do not know how to deal with missing customer expectations relative to their price. The manager does a 2 second walk by and his “everything ok” remark sounded more like an assertion than a question.

Last night, my fiance and I celebrated our 10 years together at Chophouse Thirteen. Our first time there and, boy, it did not disappoint!! Food, service, and the staff were fantastic! I had filet mignon for the very first time (I'm a ribeye person), and HOLY MOLY have I been missing out -- deeeeeeelicious, flavorful, and soooo tender. Thanks to Chophouse, filet mignon is my go-to steak from now on for fine dining! These are going to be some big shoes to fill! Oh ohh OOOHHH -- their deviled eggs - 3 flavors - PHENOMENAL!!! It was our first time eating caviar, and then to have it on deviled eggs was NEXT LEVEL! Thanks so much!!! We'll be back for sure❣️

Location Jacksonville FL. Calamari was super dry and the fried banana peppers were just not tasty. The most insulting appetizer was the “Heirloom” tomatoes and burrata cheese: In reality there were 3 cherry tomatoes cut in half for a total of 6 tiny pieces and a huge piece of mozzarella cheese. If you know what heirloom tomatoes looks like you then understand the size difference and how the ration of off. DO NOT TRY THEIR LOBSTER MAC AND CHEESE. That was the last straw for me . It tasted like dressing I cannot believe they charge $24 for that. I had the bone-in ribeye and my husband had the lamb those were ok. But we ate with no sides since the mac and cheese was unacceptable for us. I dont mind spending money on food but it has to be worth it. This was not a fun experience and I do not recommend this place. Nothing fine about this dining.

As much as I loved the atmosphere and how romantic it was.. I had a valentines dinner there with my boyfriend. I don’t want to bring race into it but I feel like that may have something to do with it as well. I caught a look she gave. The food I had was burnt to a crisp and it wasn’t satisfying. My boyfriend spent a lot of money for our date just for it to not turn out good. Our waitress was only attentive to us when she had to go bust at the other table (they were Caucasian people). She didn’t bring out our drinks at all , all we had was water and when we asked her for the drinks she said she’ll be right back with them and she never brought them. She had to pass us to get to them, we finished our food around the same time as them and she asked them if they wanted dessert and she brought us our check and then said and I quote, “ I mistakenly forgot to ask you guys if you wanted dessert” like WHAT?! I will be disputing the charge, this was unacceptable and it took away our romantic dinner.
