1 person working window. Roller coaster has let wait time. Tons of Pizza sitting waiting to be sold and being cold. Need more staff, this is the worst experience and six flags needs to do better. The amount of money being charged should have quicker service.
The employees were very rude. We were looking at the menu and standing back because we were not ready to order. There was also no line. The server then looked at us and threw his hands up and then said that he called for us and asked why we weren't ready to order in a sassy and demeaning tone. They also had a promotion for a combo meal with a slice of pizza, garlic knots, and a drink, but the server told me the drink wasn't actually included. False advertising and rude employees. Thankfully the food was good.
Pasta tasted watery, and simultaneously was soggy with rubberlike chunks interspersed. Meatballs only had an inkling of fennel seed flavor, with no meat flavor. Terrible. The people were nice, but it took a while. I can't believe they had the audacity to display an Italian flag.
Very poor service and food
I'm giving one star because I can't go lower. I just spent over a hundred dollars on food I asked for a soda refill and the rude unpleasant employee told me that I have to wait in line or make a mobile purchase to be able to get the refill. If that's really the rules no problem but the rude way of saying it makes the difference.
Do not order online. Takes so long to get your food. Then they tell you to pick it up at one of the windows and close the window that you were told to pick it up at.
Pizza was good, the Garlic knots were surprisingly good!
